These boats whilst new to the scene in the U.K. are very popular in New Zealand.

We are pleased to provide an update of our progress with regard to this exciting new dinghy.

We have constructed the hull with framing and girder fitted into position and are now developing the strengthening aspects of the floor and decks. All developments are being carefully considered in order to keep weight to a minimum without compromising the integrity of the boat.

We are also keen to stress that all developments are in keeping with the original Bruce Farr design as we feel it is important to retain the original concept of the dinghy.

We are undertaking all of our work in close conjunction with the UK Farr 3.7 Committee to ensure the vision for the dinghy is understood and agreed with all committee members happy to offer opinions and ideas to provide a sound foundation for the future of this wonderful dinghy.
